Q. What time is check-in?
A. Check-in is at 12:00pm (noon). Early check-ins may be requested but cannot be guaranteed. If you are interested in an early check-in, you are invited to call the front desk on the morning of your reservation to inquire about the availability of your room and we will do our best to accommodate you and your schedule.
Early check-in fees:
6am-9am: $30.00
9am-12pm: $15.00
Q. What time is check-out?
A. Check-out is at 11:00am. If you require a late check-out please speak with the front desk attendant when making your reservation and confirm this time when checking in. We cannot guarantee late check-outs but we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Late check-out fees may apply.
Q. Do you allow pets?
A. No. Due to allergies and hygienic reasons we do not allow pets of any kind in any of our rooms. Any guest who keeps a pet in their room will be charged a cleaning fee of $200.
Q. Do you offer any food or drinks?
A. Complimentary coffee and tea are available 24 hours at the front office and muffins are offered in the morning. Two vending machines are located in the front office where snacks and soft drinks can be purchased.
Q. What if I don’t have a credit card?
A. If you do not have a credit card you are still able to rent a room as long as you leave a deposit of $100 (cash or debit). Your deposit will be returned to you at check-out, providing no damage has been done to the room.
Please note: A credit card is required to rent a private cabin or kitchenette, deposits will NOT be accepted.
